Tours of Loretta Lynn's Butcher Hollow Home. Call Webb's Stop'n'Shop at606-789-3397 for additional information.

Icky's 1950's Snack Shop will be open and serving snow cones,popcorn, cotton candy and a wide assortment of candy and soft drinks.

Soup Bean Dinners at the Coal Miners' Museum (For lunchtime deliveries call ahead at 789-8540.) Dinners are $5.00/each for children 12 and under and $7.00/each for adults.

Visit the Civil War Camp at Rucker Park.

5:00p.m.- 6:00p.m. Official Ceremonies - Awarding of prizes to the eldest coal miner and miner's wife in the audience. Introduction of this years' Grand Marshall and This annual event will be held in the Coal Miners' Museum. For further info. phone:606-789-9725.

6:30p.m. - Crank It Up Car Stereo Contest - To be held at Words'n'Stuff Bookstore near the intersection of KY 1107 and KY 302 in Van Lear. $10.00 entry fee and $5.00 re-entry fee.

6:00p.m. - "Crank It Up" Car Stereo Contest - Rucker Park - $10.00 entry fee/ $5.00 re-entry fee.

10:00a.m.- Corn Hole Tournament (Across from the car show at the Van Lear FWBC.

10:00a.m.- Volleyball tournament at Rucker Park.
